Seniors, please go ahead and start taking care of all outstanding debts.  Examples:  lost books that you owe for, overdue fines in the Library, and money owed to club sponsors.  Students must have paid all outstanding debts before the first graduation practice in May, in order to be placed in the graduation lineup.

Village Photographers will be present at graduation to photograph students as they receive their diploma.  A complimentary proof of the picture will be mailed to graduates about ten days after the ceremony.  Students may purchase the reasonably priced photographs.  All prints are guaranteed to be of good quality or your money will be refunded.

$50.00

In order to participate in Senior activities that are planned throughout the year, students must have paid their Class Dues.  Senior dues should be paid to Mrs. Strickland in Room 218.  If a student has not paid their Freshman ($5.00), Sophomore ($10.00), and/or Junior ($25.00), they must pay those in addition to the Senior Dues ($50.00).  Senior Dues fund numerous projects, parties, the senior luncheon and the graduation ceremony.  LAST DAY TO PAY SENIOR DUES:  TBA.

DATE:  TBA

The Muscogee County School District requires that a parent or guardian of all seniors participating in the graduation ceremony meet with the principal.  This meeting is normally held during the last week of April.  More information will be provided as we get closer to graduation.  No graduation tickets will be issued to the graduate until this requirement is met.

Parents of graduating seniors are required to attend an informational meeting.  In an attempt to try to accommodate parents, this meeting will be held at two different times.  Parents must attend only one of the scheduled time slots.  The meeting will be held on TBA, at noon and at 6 p.m. in the Jordan auditorium.  Important information will  be distributed at that time regarding the end of the year activities. Graduation ticket distribution will also be discussed at this meeting.  Parents must plan to attend only one of the two scheduled time slots.   If a parent/guardian is unable to attend either of these two time slots, they should contact Mr. Stone.
